ADDRESS
We are located at 122 Frederick Street in downtown Kitchener, Ontario.

PARKING
Primary Parking Options
For the most convenient access, we recommend the Region of Waterloo lot located directly next to the theatre (look for the gated entrance). On weekends and weekday evenings starting at 5:00 PM, this lot becomes open to the public. While the gate lowers at 11:00 PM, you can still exit after hours by driving slowly toward the gate, which will trigger it to raise automatically.
Alternatively, free street parking is often available directly across from the theatre on Spetz and Scott streets. Please note that the theatre’s private laneway is strictly reserved for theatre personnel, artists, and renters.
Underground and Garage Parking
Paid parking is available across the street in the Duke Street garage and underground at the Kitchener Public Library (KPL) Main Branch. Both of these locations offer free parking on Sundays.
If you are using the KPL underground lot and require after-hours access, please use the following entrances:
Ahrens St: Located just behind the theatre.
Main Entrance: Located closer to Centre In The Square.
At either entrance, press the call button to alert City of Kitchener security, who can remotely grant you access. If you do not receive a response through the intercom, you can reach security directly at 519-783-7621.
DINING
Dining before the show? We would like to recommend the Three Kretans greek restaurant directly across the street from the theatre. You are welcome to leave your car in their parking lot during the show after dining with them.

TRANSIT
Grand River Transit routes 1, 3, 4, 7, 8, 20, 204, and the ION all have stops within a block or two of the theatre. GO Transit route 30 also stops within a block of the theatre.
ACCESSIBILITY
The main lobby and entrance to the theatre has several steps for entry. Patrons requiring elevator access can proceed around the side of the building that faces the old police station. While there is a call button, we recommend letting us know of your arrival in advance via phone or email so we can have staff assist with the elevator.
COVID SAFETY
In addition to regular sanitation and abiding by current government protocols, we are equipped with a UVDI air purification system. Two sets of ultra-violet lights installed in the ductwork eliminate 99.99% of airborne SARS-CoV-2 particles inside the auditorium. Our full COVID-19 Safety Plan can also be found here.
