Judy Garland hit her 100th birthday anniversary last June 10th, and to celebrate her centennial year, preeminent and award-winning Garland historian and biographer John Fricke looks back at the extraordinary career of the “world’s greatest entertainer.” You’ll witness her performance power in film and video clips and hear about her limitless sense of humor and incomparable heart in anecdotes from (and personal estimations by) her colleagues. John also shares his own back-stories about seeing Judy in concert when he was a teenager, recalling as well their brief but unforgettable one-on-one conversation after one of those shows.
