The Amber Grey Sky is a compelling, minimalist stage drama written and directed by Sarabjeet Arora and featuring a powerful solo performance by Taran Bamrah. Based on profoundly moving true events of communal violence following the Indian Prime Minister’s assassination in November 10984, this production serves as a dedicated passion project designed to give a definitive voice to the voiceless by documenting raw historical events and deep survival narratives. It follows the story of a Canadian woman and her 2-year-old son who got caught in this mad frenzy in India.
* The show deals with the mature subject of death, killings and ethnic genocide.
