See films from around the world and from your own backyard.  \n\n\n\nWe have an afternoon show and an evening show\, and both are different. No repeats here!  \n\n\n\nThis is an all-genre festival\, so expect to see drama\, comedy\, and some horror for good measure. The scarier stuff is in the evening show. Afternoon is pure drama / comedy.  \n\n\n\nThese films are not rated\, but we recommend 18 years and up. This is your first chance to hear the play and to consider helping out with the production this August. Hope to see you there! \n\n\n\nSynopsis: \n\n\n\nIn 1958\, after numerous awards for her books\, Rachel Carson settled into a life of observing nature with her adopted great nephew\, Roger and her neighbour\, Dorothy. The simple life she wanted though became a race against time as she began work on the greatest environmental book of all time. She just didn’t realize how great the challenge would be and just how much time she would have to write it.
